Harry Hanelt, President and Managing Director
Harry is a Consulting Leader with over thirty years experience who has held leadership positions in several
large firms including KPMG, BearingPoint, and SunGard, where he led, built and managed successful
consulting businesses. Mr. Hanelt provides strategy, advisory and large complex program leadership to
some of the largest global Financial Services companies. He has been responsible, at two large
consultancies, for Enterprise Data Management, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions. His
experience ranges across Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer Markets, High Tech and other
industries. Harry led the Systems Integration and ERP business for Financial Services while at KPMG and
was Director of Information Technology for a global Consumer Markets company.
Phil Teplitzky, Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director
Phil is a professional with 30-years of experience in the management and operations of information
technology and information technology consulting. He has been involved in the day-to-day management of
system development projects, the establishment of Standards Procedures and Guidelines for software
engineering, quality engineering and change management at major institutions. He has extensive
experience in bringing new technologies and software engineering disciplines into Financial Services.
Previously Phil was the CIO at The Harry Fox Agency and CTO at both TheVitaminShoppe.com and Mibrary.
He has also been a Managing Director at SHL SystemHouse with responsibility for its Northeast Region,
Vice President of Technology at Citibank and National Director at Coopers & Lybrand
Marc Hurst, Managing Director
Marc provides management and architecture leadership addressing application and data solutions,
integration architectures, infrastructure solutions and IT strategic planning. In this capacity he has led
groups within: BearingPoint, KPMG Consulting, Price Waterhouse Coopers and CSC. His experience
includes over 30 years as a management and technology consultant applying a business centric focus
addressing enterprise and data integration architectures, advanced technology, business intelligence and
data warehouse, compliance, data governance and strategy. Marc has held leadership roles including:
practice director, engagement management, project management, chief architect and business analyst.
During his career he has delivered results in financial services, telecommunications, media, utilities and
manufacturing.
Peter Quinn, Managing Director
Peter applies his experience as a C-Level executive with a 20+-year career leading highly motivated IT
organizations in designing and delivering robust systems, infrastructure, and solutions to meet constantly
evolving business goals and enable growth across competitive markets. Peter has built, revitalized, and
optimized organizational structures, teams, emerging technologies, social media and processes to reduce
costs, increase quality, enhance on-time delivery, strengthen financial performance, improve overall service
delivery, and create high-performance global teams sharing common vision and goals. Deeply experienced
as a strong vendor and outsource manager, in-sourcer of failing arrangements, Managed Services, Cloud
and SAAS. World-wide reputation for Open Source and Open Standards thought leadership as CIO for the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Peter also served as CIO for the National Commercial Bank of Jamaica,
CIO Fund Services, BISYS (now CITI), and CIO, Boston Financial Data Services.
Lynette Bester, Senior Manager ERP Strategy and Deployment
Ms. Bester has a track record of more than 25 years providing productive technical solutions for a diverse
range of domestic and international companies including clients in the Fortune 500, and has successfully
designed and deployed over twenty ERP strategies. She has extensive executive experience in systems
project management and implementation with comprehensive expertise in re-engineering business
organizations, financial systems and all related processes, and facilitating migration projects. Her primary
industry focus is on financial and professional service organizations, with an emphasis in banking,
business services, consulting and wireless communications.
